The contract between you and the estate: booking terms, house rules, gaming rules and the few conditions that keep 269 rooms running like one tide.

GDPR & your data rights
Guests in the EU/UK and Australian residents hold the same rights at this desk: access, correction, portability and erasure of personal data. Requests are answered within 30 days — write to [email protected] with "Privacy request" in the subject. Full detail lives in our Privacy Policy.
Booking & payment
Reservations confirm on written confirmation from the desk. A card guarantee holds the booking; a A$200/night pre-authorisation applies at check-in for incidentals.
Flexible rates cancel free to 48 hours before arrival; prepaid and package rates carry staged terms shown at booking and on the refunds page.
House rules
Check-in 15:00, check-out 11:00. Quiet hours on residential floors from 22:00. Smoking — including balconies — is prohibited; the cigar room is the licensed exception.
Pets welcome in garden-level rooms under the pet program. Drones are prohibited estate-wide; photography of other guests is not.
The gaming floor
Entry 18+ with photo ID. House rules on intoxication, conduct and responsible gambling are enforced by the pit management — refusal of service is a legal duty, not a mood.
Players Club terms govern points and tiers; salon access is a privilege of membership, not a right of the room key.
Damage & conduct
Guests are responsible for damage beyond reasonable wear — the incidentals authorisation exists for this. The estate may evict without refund for conduct endangering guests or staff.
This almost never happens. The rule exists so the other 268 rooms sleep well.
Services & third parties
Experiences operated by third parties (charter operators, guides, distilleries) carry their own terms — the concierge discloses them at booking, and ours still apply to the estate leg.
Force majeure applies to weather-dependent services; affected bookings rebook or refund per the refunds page.
